By creating an account or using BattleScore, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. Eligibility

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Account Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Manipulate scoring in a way intended to deceive other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt service operation

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• BattleScore may offer paid subscriptions.
• Subscriptions are billed annually unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal).
• We do not store full payment card details.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

6. Free Access

We may provide limited free usage (e.g., first game free). We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free features at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, branding, and content are owned by BattleScore. You retain ownership of your own game data. You grant us a licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

8. Availability

We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BattleScore is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
